Tris Put Together Pasta Dish

Good day everyone for this easy healthy dish I used

Ingredients 

Zucchini string type 

Mixed vegetables with red pepper, carrots, green beans

Cream cheese cut up in very small pieces mix in the sauce 

Milk 2 cups Keep pouring in little by little 

Butter  A tablespoon in a half You can use coconut oil You start with his in a pan then add a bit of flour about two tablespoons 

Add 1 cut up onion in sauce 

You can cup up garlic a bit & add to sauce

Boil up vermicelli I used like 2 cups then a small box of spaghetti add a bit of salt 

Season up with thyme to your liking pepper 2 bay leaves, garlic powder, onion powder

 

You can add a meat option which I didn't di this time chicken goes well and lamb too

Combine boiled whole wheat pasta, spinach, broccoli, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic even fresh cut up carrots just portion to your liking Add a little salt pepper garlic powder onion powder Taste to your desire 

Serve with Light rye bread if your meal is not complete without bread it has less calories 

If you want to add a sprinkle of low fat cheese you can try it but less calories without cheese but it but much it shouldn't hurt you
