Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken and Rigatoni in Parmesan Sauce
A decadent and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chunks of chicken in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Cook rigatoni to al dente; drain and reserve pasta water.
2. Sauté seasoned chicken in butter until golden brown; set aside.
3. Add garlic to skillet with butter; sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in chicken broth; simmer and reduce slightly.
5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
6. Return chicken to skillet; toss with pasta to coat.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes:
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water.
Avoid boiling sauce after adding cream to prevent breaking.
